St John’s Lodge
Type: High end residential.
Location: Regents Park, London.
Involvement: Complete project design development/MEP coordination working alongside the M&E Services Consultant and M&E Contractor.
TNQ Capitol Way
Type: Large residential scheme (high rise tower).
Location: Colindale, London.
Involvement: Mechanical & Public Health design of the heating systems (HIU’s), domestic water systems, MEV ventilation systems, foul & surface water systems as well as offering complete MEP services coordination and CAD support for the project.
47 Belgrave Square
Type: High end residential.
Location: Belgrave Square, London.
Involvement: Complete project design development/MEP coordination working alongside the M&E Services Consultant and M&E Contractor.
184 Shepherd’s Bush
Type: Office.
Location: Shepherds Bush, London.
Involvement: Due to numerous complaints and issues with the existing domestic water system, JC Design was instructed to carry out a complete validation of the existing base-build and fit-out hot and cold water systems.
Alderbrook Estate
Type: High end residential.
Location: Cranleigh, Surrey.
Involvement: Complete project design development/MEP coordination working alongside the M&E Services Consultant and M&E Contractor.
35 Maidstone Road
Type: Small residential scheme.
Location: Bounds Green, London.
Involvement: Full MEP design including utilities, heating systems and gas, domestic systems, intermittent ventilation, foul and surface water systems, lighting, fire alarm, small power and ancillary.
40-42 Eaton Place
Type: Boiler room and main electrical intake relocation.
Location: Eaton Place, London.
Involvement: The management company requested to relocate and renew the existing boiler room and electrical intake. Their aim was to reclaim space within the Basement to create an additional apartment. JC Design was involved with the full MEP design. To achieve this, the new mechanical plant along with the new electrical intake and associated panels were relocated into the vaults below the pavement. A new gas connection was required and an electrical diversion carried out. The building had existing residents and had to remain live with minimal downtime.
8 Grosvenor Square
Type: High end residential.
Location: Grosvenor Square, London.
Involvement: Complete project design development/MEP coordination working alongside the M&E Services Consultant and M&E Contractor.
Pontoon Dock
Type: Large residential scheme.
Location: Royal Wharf, London.
Involvement: Full MEP Revit coordination working alongside the M&E Services Consultant.
Noble House
Type: Office.
Location: Westminster London.
Involvement: JC Design was asked to carry out a complete ‘As Installed’ survey of the entire ventilation systems within Nobel House. Nobel House is a live government building so the project came with it’s challenges. The result was a large detailed 3D model produced in Revit of the 11 levels.
Newington Causeway
Type: Large residential scheme.
Location: Elephant and Castle, London.
Involvement: Mechanical & Public Health design of the domestic water systems, heat recovery ventilation systems, foul and surface water systems.
